Vernal and beyond

This last weekend I traveled down to Grand Junction to visit my very best friend. Along the way I stayed one very nice night in Vernal, Utah. My digital camera ran out of juice right before Doulas pass, so the only photos that I can present right now are from before that.

Getting over 100

We went bowling again while my friend Shiree was in town ..it was great! It is also becoming more and more of a necessity in life. Does this make me a nerd? Haha, just kidding. I love my sports!!

The only two repeat bowlers this trip were Carlo and me and both of us bowled pretty solid! I look forward to going again this week some time!

Mexico Birthday Theme

My sister's Birthday was yesterday! ...Happy Birthday, E-baby!!!

She is also going to Mexico next month for a week long vacation ...poor her.

Sooo ..I went shopping with her Mexico trip in mind for her birthday! Yay ...and then I made some wrapping paper for her. It's very simple, but I think it gets the point across.

What is in the packages you ask?
..a lovely oversized pair of sunglasses, with an awesome bright green lizard skin hard case to protect them, and a very nice purple cotton tank top with feminine trim.

For the beach, of course!

This Weekend...

Although it is not uncommon to be getting snow in April, it is still quite surprising when you go to bed after a 70 degree day and wake up to this:
