Pony Express Trail

Yesterday, we decided to check out part of the Pony Express Trail, the old mail delivery route runs across the desert land just south of Salt Lake City. Recently there was an anniversary ride from California to Missouri in celebration of 150 years, which sparked a considerable amount of re-interest. The part of the trail we visited is still dusty and barren, yet different because it's now paved.
