I pass these balloons anytime I go a certain way through town. Lately it has been congested with traffic, so I haven't driven past them as much. Upon seeing the primary colored, vertical line of balloons I always experience the same urgent feeling to photograph them quickly, capture them in composition, no matter how many times I have done it before.
