Yes, I say, it really is.
..but look a little closer and you will see that the coating of grey, muck is not actually a nice visual perspective, but a grossly trapped cloud of pollution.
Welcome to inversion.
In Salt Lake City, where I live, we are on Red alert ..which translates to don't excersise outside.
In Utah County, where I work, it is Yellow alert ..bad, but you can still go outside if you want.
Yuck.
