Last night Ryan and I went to the regions renowned sushi spot, Takashi, and we couldn't have been happier with our meal. We were seated at the chefs counter ...at Takashi's counter, and after hours of the most amazing knife show and artistic edibles we drove home full and a little high on life (or was that raw fish?).
Hands down, best eating experience in Utah to date!!
...I can't wait to go back!
